Booking Terms and Conditions – Caravan Rental


 1. Reservation and Confirmation:
   a. To reserve the caravan, a deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking.
   b. The booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
   c. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the check-in date.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
   a. If the booking is canceled 8 weeks prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be refunded minus any applicable administrative fees.
   b. Cancellations made within 6 of the check-in date may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, unless the caravan can be rebooked.
   c. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date, unless the caravan can be rebooked.
   d. Refunds for early departures or unused portions of the booking will not be provided.

3. Security Deposit:
   a. A security deposit of 100 is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, provided no damages or excessive cleaning are incurred.
   b. The security deposit may be used to cover any costs associated with damages, loss, additional cleaning, or breaches of the terms and conditions.

4. Occupancy and Use:
   a. The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 8. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited.
   b. The caravan is to be used for vacation purposes only and not for any commercial or illegal activities.
   c. Pets are allowed with prior approval and require an additional fee – 1 pet £40, 2 pets – £70 Only 2 pets are allowed in caravan per stay. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Deposit for stay with pets is £150.

5. Care of the Caravan:
   a. Guests are expected to treat the caravan and its contents with care and respect.
   b. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
   c. Any damages, breakages, or malfunctions must be reported to the caravan owner/rental company immediately.
